Artcasa's Return/Exchange Policy

Artcasa accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1.     The item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date if the item(s) have defects or do not conform to the legally approved specifications or the purpose for which the contract was entered.

2.     The returned or exchanged item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.

Artcasa reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

1.     Change of mind or failure to benefit from the use of the item.

2.     Finding the same item elsewhere at a lower price.

3.     Notification of defects in the item at the time of purchase.

4.     Damage to the item due to misuse.
